We're happy to announce that there will now be two indoor practice sessions per week. On Tuesday evenings, from 7PM to 9PM beginning January 14, 2014 and continuing through May, there will be an evening practice at our indoor range in the basement of St. Luke's Church. The format is identical to our Thursday practice session.
As with the Thursday practice, members are welcome to attend for free, and visitors may shoot for a $10 fee.
The Kingston Archery Club will be holding its Open House and Fun Shoot on Sunday, September 15 from 12PM to 3PM at the outdoor range (2043 Battersea Road, Kingston, North of Hwy 401 and Montreal St.) (See The Map for directions.
The Fun Shoot is an informal tournament, with small prizes. Registration will take place from noon to 12:45, with a random start soon after. Regular and 3D targets will be set up for the shoot.
We will be offering a series of eight Beginner lessons on Saturday afternoons starting 1 PM on September 28, 2013. There will be one course at 1PM, another at 2PM and an Advanced Beginner Class at 3PM.
After some discussion in the club, we've decided to offer our usual Beginner's course starting this Summer (2013). We will be offering a series of eight lessons on Thursday evenings at 6:30PM starting July 4, and another on Saturday afternoons starting 1 PM on July 6, 2013.
